When they started in 2023, they observed the traction grow rapidly. Repeat orders and word of mouth marketing worked in their favour. Their customers were in the age group of 20-30, with most being bachelors and students that wanted to grab a quick bite in the middle of the night.

Since then, for visibility, they have sponsored one TED conference as a food partner; this was held on the KIET campus, a well-known private college. They also hold a WhatsApp group with 500s+ loyal customers, and this group is engaged daily with regular updates and offers.

Challenges Faced

Considering this fact, where every given day, a new restaurant, cafe, or a cloud kitchen opens in their territory. Oye Treats as a cloud kitchen, had one important job at hand to do, for ensuring growth and revenue. That was to build a solid online credibility.

  • They were now able to handle end-to-end aspects of reviews. Be it import, capture, showcase, or manage. All of it was done with a dedicated online workspace, which ensured security through a cloud server.
  • The diverted traffic towards the WhatsApp community also ensured that they cut down on 30% commission costs of a food aggregator platform by taking in direct orders through WhatsApp.
